In the event a customer is asking for a second physical key, smart is introducing a customer benefit program in which the customer receives the remote key for just €89, including spare parts and labor. The remaining costs (which exceed €89) will be covered by smart.
CEC should advise the customer to go to the nearest dealership and they will receive the key with a discount.
